Sail Past

Join us for one of the most cherished traditions of the boating season—the Olcott Yacht Club Sail Past. This annual ceremonial event celebrates our club, our members, and our shared passion for life on the water.

Members are invited to decorate their vessels, assemble in the harbor, and participate in the traditional procession as boats pass in review, paying tribute to Commodore Pattie Schneider and the Flag Officers of Olcott Yacht Club. The Sail Past is a time-honored maritime tradition that symbolizes respect, camaraderie, and the official start of the summer boating season.

Whether participating by boat or enjoying the view from the Club grounds, members and guests will have the opportunity to experience one of OYC’s most picturesque and meaningful events.
